What to write about
Anything about the site itself. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send — a measurement that looks wrong, a step in the wrong order, a glass that does not match the drink.
- A recipe that seems off, and what you expected instead.
- A technique or ingredient question a guide did not answer.
- Something broken: a page that will not load, a control that will not respond.
- Business, licensing or press enquiries.
When to expect a reply
Koktelia is a small operation, so a reply can take a few days. Every message is read. Corrections are acted on whether or not they get a written answer, so if you report a wrong measurement the recipe may simply change.
What happens to your message
Your name, address and message are stored so they can be answered, and are used for nothing else — no newsletter, no advertising, no passing them on. Details are in the privacy policy.
