🥤 Mixers & juice
Buy them cold and keep them in the fridge — warm mixer kills a drink.
🍋 Produce
Look for perky leaves. Store stems-down in a glass of water like flowers.

🧂 Pantry
A normal 1 kg bag is more than enough.
🧊 Don’t forget
Roughly 1–1.5 lb (0.6 kg) per guest. Buy bagged — never rely on your freezer’s ice tray.

Squeeze the citrus
~360 ml lime juice (12 limes). Roll fruit hard on the counter first — you’ll get far more juice. Store covered in the fridge; it’s at its best within about 4 hours.

Prep the garnishes
cut lime/lemon wedges and slices for garnish; rinse the mint and pick the nice sprigs. Cover with a damp paper towel so nothing dries out.

Chill everything, set up the bar
Mixers and bubbles into the fridge. Set out glasses, tools, napkins and a bin for spent ice. Put this plan where you can see it.

Get the ice in place
